Better handling for multiple DCD connections

Upon a site or DCD restart, all DCD jobs are being started at the same time.
When using multiple DCD connectors, this can cause problems as only one activate changes jobs is allowed to run.

One solution could be to queue the DCD connectors and only start execution after successful execution of the previously queued connector
