As a user I want to have the option to show the downtime comment in a notification email
Do you mean a simple option to tick and the comment is then added to the automatically generated output (table) in the mail body?At least using the builtin notification method "HTML Emails" and variables, it's already possible.We use it with 2.0.0p21 (CEE). Currently there are five variables with name prefixed with NOTIFICATION*.For instance, we use $NOTIFICATIONCOMMENT$ and $NOTIFICATIONAUTHOR$ in our downtime HTML mails.
