Suggest recent searches in quick search and other search fields

Especially for more complex searches it would be helpfull, to get the recent searches suggested. Currently it is usually a good idea to copy the search string or bookmark the search result, because the last search would be gone if you e.g. activate changes.

As part of portal maintenance, this would have to be closed, because it matches the clean-up rules. However, per exception due to the number of votes, we decided to keep this open.
