Add a Filter to the Edit Service View

For servers with a few thousand services, the "Edit Services" view can quickly become crowded.

It would be a great simplification if you could filter the services, which would allow us to perform the desired actions such as add/renew/remove only on the services that are relevant for us.

Filters should be available on all views, to ask for a special view makes no sense, there are too much.
