BI: Set default settings for BI visualisations

Currently, all BI visualizations start with the same defaults. If an admin wants to have similar looking visualizations, he/she has to redo the same settings again and again.
Please add a "set as default" button, which takes the current settings as default for all future configurations (a per-user setting). A "Reset" should apply these settings to existing settings as well
