Display labels in notification email
We would like to be able to reference a host label's value using the $someHostLabelKeyHere$ substitution approach similar to how we are able to reference $someHostTagKeyHere$ in the body of an email.
In essence, augment the testing checkbox "Complete Variable List" in a Notification Rule to also include a host's labels.
We use labels extensively by leveraging pertinent information about our hosts stored in our CMDB and in turn adding that information as CMK host labels by way of the rest-api.
It would be wonderful to then be able to reference these values in a Notification in order to make the Notification more actionable by the recipient.

Gerd StolzI can only support this full heartedly. In dynamic and/or bigger environments, label become more and more important. Once they become more capable in filtering + rule conditions, I guess more users will start using labels.
Using them in notifications would be great! -

Bastian Kuhn MergedService labels can be used to mark owners of certain services. Custom Notification Scripts would then be able to directly use this Field for e.g. Ticket Creation.
The only workaround yet is created contact groups, which for the use case then is a big overhead.
That is just one example why Service Labels would be useful in Notifications. And on the other Hand, Host Tags are there, why not the Host Labels? -
