Add the ability to hide the Customize Button on Menbar

Although the security features in checkmk are quite extensive, no option exists to hide the actual Customize itself button on the Menubar for a group of users. I have certain users of the system that i want to restrict access to. Also being able to do this at a high level means i dont have to worry about all the other items that are available under the customize button

You can do that with the roles. The guest role do not have the permssions to customize anything, hence the Customize menu is not shown in the navigation bar.
