Graphs "Total host problems" & "Total service problems" shall be created for any selection of hosts

The graphs "Total host problems" and "Total service problems" in Checkmk's Main Dashboard shall be created for any selection of hosts - even if the Checkmk host is not part of this selection.

E. g. selecting a particular folder in the sidebar snippet "Folders" shall create those graphs (for related hosts only) even if the Checkmk host is not defined in the selected folder.
