Show affected rules, if deleting a host folder

If rules are assigned directly to a folder, there is currently no chance to see these rules, by navigating in the host folder structure. While deleting a folder, it may happen, that rules will be deleted, too. This should be visible.
Furthermore, it would be helpful, if deleting a host folder requires a confirmation, if rules will also be deleted by that.

Why should someone need this information?
If a folder is deleted, which hosts should be affected by rules configured in this folder after deletion?
Feel free to enlight me...

In my opinion this information makes sense. When you delete some hosts / folders and there are rules depending directly on them, these rules will remain after deleting the hosts / folders and lead to many "Jon Does" in the config. With the information you can easier keep your configuration clean.
