Add a generic plugin for sending notifications to a Rest-API endpoint.

Most notification tools support a REST-API endpoints to submit a notification. As these APIs provide a structured way to post information, a generic notification plugin could be possible. This avoids defining the almost same plugin over an over again.

But how would you configure what data gets sent? Would the configuration of this notification not need to be able to generically define a JSON data structure?
