Notification: Update a Jira ticket on changed status
A service has a WARN state and a Jira issue is created. If this service change state from WARN to CRIT the existing issue does not become updated and the users of Jira have no idea if the increased severity.
If the services goes back to OK, the ticket gets updated
Can we implement an update as well for a change from WARN to CRIT?

Ralf SpennerI agree with this request, but it should be possible to update an issue when the status changes from CRIT to WARN or better from any-to-any state
