Schedule Reports with Conditions

We have created a scheduler report that sends us a report every day with all servers that have “disk problems”, if they are WARN or Critical.
This works fine, but if no server has such a problem, we get a blank sheet.
The possibility to have a “condition” to create or send the report ONLY IF one Server was found would be great.
