Add possibility to use REST API to add connections for distributed monitoring

Since beginning (2017) we have a process to fully automatic deploy new remote sites. This also includes the configuration of the connection to the new remote site via WEB API.
The new REST API do not have the capability to create Distributed monitoring connections.
Please add.
