Add "Download" option for checkmk and appliance firmware in the checkmk appliance

For easier management of the virtual appliance it would be great, if current versions of checkmk and appliance firmware could be directly downloaded from the tribe29 website.
Like an "update check" for checkmk and the appliance firmware itself, where you can select which version you would like to download and install.
