Setup: periodic service discovery rule - automatically refresh services

Some services depend on static data that has ben saved during the service discover prozess (Interface Speed, Thresholds, etc). In order to refesh this values the service must be moved to undecided and then moved back to the monitored services.

The current service discovery rule only allows to automatically refresh of all services (tabula rasa). This will also remove Services that you don't want to remove like a process that is temporarily not running.

It would be nice to have an "refresh service" option with a Service Filter for selecting the relevant Services to refresh.

I have merged the two suggestions mentioned above, but keep this separate. The other request is about a simplified action to refresh a service, optionally also as bulk operation. This request is about a rule to automate this
