Adding Support for "BusinessService", "ServiceOffering" and "ConfigurationItem" in ServiceNow
For our incident management we need to fill out the fields "BusinessService", "ServiceOffering" and "ConfigurationItem" in ServiceNow.
The checkmk plugin for servicenow didn't support this field, so we can't fill out these by opening a ticket.
