Change default size of Setup folder title size

Today the title is capped to 25 chars making it unreadable when the prefix of a folder is identical for the first 25 chars. Would like to have this more dynamically adjusted based on your screen size, or a fixed number, or a rule that allows this to be customized.

Having the Setup folder structure as a "list" would also be super-efficient.

The length of the various text fields have been a common pain in Checkmk for many years.

I hope that one day all text fields will have a reasonable length that fits the majority of cases.
