Checkmk Agent: Consistant Logging with all rules and logs (INFO,WARNING,CRITICAL,DEBUG)

Currently the logging is not consistent (the same) in all the agents, parameters, rules and logs.
Recommended is the standard logging: INFO,WARNING,CRITICAL,DEBUG
And as well in the bakery rule where it is not clear at all.
