Show user and comment of downtimes in availability views (ad hoc and reporting)

Currently, a user is not able to display a user or the comment of a downtime while displaying the availability of a service or host. In some cases, this is necessary, to keep track of who set a downtime and why. This may be the case because of regularities.

So, it should be possible to display the user and the comment of a downtime an availability views. Regardless, if they are opened in the browser or embedded into a PDF report.
