Agent pre-registration for initial host deployment

We need the possibility to pre-register hosts from the birthplace of the host deployment.
Currently the host has to be exists in the Checkmk site before the registration is able to keep the register information from the new host but this is not possible in our environment. It is as well not possible to add a host via REST API from the birthplace of the host deployment.
So the pre-register possibility would be perfect.
