Let mk_oracle plugin support single instance in Oracle RAC setups

From our internal service provider the Oracle databases by default come as single instance in Oracle (two node) RAC setups.

To my experience this setup is not supported by the built-in mk_oracle remote monitoring plugin. That forced us to create our custom variant of it supporting above mentioned setup type.

Please let mk_oracle plugin support single instance in Oracle (two node) RAC setups.
