Add option for graphs to show the AVG value and not the MAX value

  You can click on "Minimum", "Maximum" and "Average" (the column headers in the graph legend) to switch between the values from the RRD.
  
  For this to be available you need to first chose a time range that is not thle bit hidden…e last 4 hours.

  The suggestion talks about a default and not the functionality in general. The default is currently "max" if you choose a time range that aggregates metrics or uses aggregated values of the RRD.
  Sometimes you don't want the "max" as default in such cases, but the "avg" or "min" instead.
