Views: Add Limit for Number of Rows

In many cases it is sufficient to display only the first x rows in the view. Especially in dashboards where space is already limited.
It would be very helpful if you could set a limit for the number of rows in the filter and dashboard. This would also speed up the rendering time in dashboards because less data has to be displayed.
