The ability to have a single rule have the option for multiple Webhook-URLs in a notification rule

Multiple slack channels to be notified when a rule matches.
e.g across the multi tenant organization, a switch issue should trigger a slack message to multiple teams in multiple organizations that may not be members of each others slack channels
