Rule Labeling

We missing the possibility to search for rules by commonality for a specific use case and therefor we think a rule labeling will be perfect for such an requirement

I`m using several rules in the same folder and it would be helpful to somehow combine them by group, tag or anything else. We need to use CTRL+F to navigate between rules.
