Side bar element: Master Control: red Icon for switched off elements

We have the problem with the Version 2.0 definitions of information!
It is very important to get the right information about important definitions like (example) the switched off Notifications.

Hence we need the old and approved icon information's back, like it was in the version 1.6.
Take a look at the picture.
