Easier way to customize the css/html of notification emails

Using templates instead of css and html hardcoded inside the email notification script would allow easier changes to the look and feel of the emails. For exemple, reordering the diffrerent sections requires havily editing the provided script (and replicate any upstream fixes/modifications to our customized script,...).
