Popup window on graphs is not moving smoothly while following mouse cursor

Moving cursor on graph, for example on "Filesystem size and used space" shows popup. In version 1.6, this popup was moving with cursor super smoothly. Since 2.0, popup moves like 8fps, its very rough.
