rendering of unit Pascal in graphs should be hPa

The rendering of the unit Pascal ( unit_info["pa"] ) is currently done with rendering method physical_precision. This method returns the base unit or kilo, Mega, etc. prefixes.

The usual prefix for Pascal is hekto, meaning hundred, and not kilo, meaning thousand.

We talk about air pressure in hekto pascal, e.g. 1030 hPa, and not 103 kPa.

The render function of this unit should be changed accordingly.
