csv import AND export rules

Currently it is only possible to import hosts. As others mentioned it would be nice to modify and export hosts.
Additionaly we would like to have the possbility to import/export/modify rules.
Currently this is only possible via REST API (AFAIK modification is even not possible at all).

The advantage of a csv would be that we could keep the configuration tiny and easily add remove hosts and rules.

Hi Marc, three comments to your feature request.
* May I kindly ask you to separate the feature request to export hosts? We have a one ticket per request rule to keep this manageable
* Our rules can be quite complex, so a CSV is not the right format.
* Editing rules in a text editor can result in broken rules. You for sure need to know what you are doing and test it well. No backward compatilibity can be assured

Hosts is already possible. Therefore it is just about rules.
Agreed proper json is ok as well.
