Checkmk Agent: show warning/critical when profiling is active or caching is disabled

When the profiling is activated or the caching is disabled via profiling.cfg the Service Checkmk Agent should issue optionally a warning/critical so that this setting don't get forgotten, and the disk is not overfilled with profiling files.
