Delete a host: delete all host files (rules) by using WEB API, GUI, shell or in general

Please enhance the host delete job in general that all files of that host will be deleted.
It could be good to have a configuration that some files are still at the filesystem but we need to cleanup all files and as well the rules for that specific host (see FR: https://features.checkmk.com/suggestions/354612/when-deleting-a-host-also-remove-rules-that-are-only-for-that-host)
