Reporting: create Reports not only for (non-)service times

As far as we know, it is currently only possible to consider the service time or non-service time in a report.
However, we would like to be able to choose between different time periods in the report, which do not necessarily correspond to the service time or non-service time.
This way we could create reports not only for the service time, but also for any defined and selected time periods.
