Report language should be an option to choose for each report and not dependent of the language which each user have chosen in Checkmk Web UI.
Kind of problem is that only for example table columns are translated. All stuff which is added as text and Headers is no translated then. In best case those get translated too but a workaround could be to put several reports: report1_english, report1_german, and so on.
