Extend fileinfo/mk_filestats feature set to monitor directory/file permissions
While the current fileinfo and mk_filestats implementation allows way more options we actually need, we are missing one feature that could (hopefully) be easily added: Monitoring permission settings for directories/files.
Our need raises from application hosts that are accessed by multiple persons/roles and configuration files that contain confidential information (e.g. username/password for accessing backend services). We would like to use this feature to ensure that we get informed if a deployment process or application administrator changes the file permissions by accident.

Martin Hirschvogel AdminException: We actually decided to keep this under consideration as it received quite a lot of upvotes, is a sensible feature and was created in 2023.
