Export services without performance data to Influx DB

We have a need to display both performance issues and service issues in one Dashboard. Capturing service states on services that does not have any performance data would be useful for us to present the whole view.

We would like the option to export all services to Influx DB even if they don't have any performance data.

Unfortunately, this specific export is not possible. Metrics are required for the export to InfluxDB
