Grafana: time range filter : time range selection with mouse in graph

Besides the definable time windows (4 hours, 25 hours, etc,) it would be ingenious to be able to define a time range with date and hours or to select the desired time window with the mouse in an existing graphic. As I understand it, these functions are basically available in Grafana and as it was available also with pnp4nagios.
