Update check and, if possible, upgrade from installed MKPs

To have an update check for all installed MKPs and get an announcement in CheckMK if there's a new update available. Maybe from Github as source or from the CheckMK Exchange.

And maybe a link for the download page (maybe a direct link into the CheckMK exchange and or to Github).
