Opsgenie Notification: add more event types

The Opsgenie Notification Plugin currently only supports sending OK, WARN, CRIT events. For all other event types the message "not supported" appears.

Please extend Opsgenie Notification Plugin so that also the other event types like Donwtime, Acknowledgement, Flapping, Alert handler can be reported to OpsGenie.
