Agent bakery: SECURITY: show all changes why agents has to be bake

Show all changes which leads the bakery to say that the agents has to be bake. As well the changes for custom files, just show all changes.
Reason: Security: To have an eye on the changes. Because we as admins sign the distribution of the files (file could be as well a virus).
Otherwise, we have no clue as to the causes of the changes. We can only guess when we have made changes ourselves.
