Agent bakery: SECURITY: define and verify custome files

Defining only one directory is very risky, someone can change the files and no one will detect it, not even the admin who distributes the files via bakery
So we need more security in the application and in the GUI, so that the file selection can be defined in the GUI and allow the check that the file at the beginning is also the file at the end of the distribution (MD5 check, etc).
The reason the security to know what file has been or will be distributed.
