MSSQL Jobs: Add Schedule Status to Service Monitoring Rule

Currently, the service monitoring rule for MSSQL jobs does not allow you to specify a status for the state of the job's schedule. If the schedule is disabled, then the service reports unknown. We would like to configure this so that a disabled schedule reports as 'OK' since we do have jobs that are run on an as-needed basis.
