REST-API: Add endpoint for "Revert changes"

It is possible to activate changes with REST-API related endpoints. However there's no endpoint to revert pending changes, as the function exists in the GUI menu Changes > Revert changes.
It would be useful, in case an automated playbook runs into failure, so that there's no pending changes left behind.
