Force host-tag selection

I'd like to get the option of forcing our users to select a specific host-tag when trying to create a host.
This is useful in environments which for example define what version of windows is installed and people then cant forget to select it so i doesnt default to something which is not correct.
Would be cool, this way we can get rid of more Layer-8 problems : )
