Specify custom s3 endpoint as backup target

It would be great to be able to specify an own s3 endpoint, so the target could be used with self hosted aws compliant s3 storages.
See 'endpoint_url' in https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/core/session.html#boto3.session.Session.client .
Furthermore a 'verify' checkbox could be very useful for lan installations.
