Add "Topic" to "Host groups" and "Servic groups" sidebar element

If you have a large number of host and/or server groups, the list in the corresponding sidebar element can become very unmanageable.
It would make navigation much more manageable if the individual groups could be grouped under a "Topic", as it is already possible for BI, Views and Dashboard snap-ins.
