REST-API: add endpoint to remove acknowledgements

Currently it is not possible to remove acknowledgements via API, but via GUI.
Use Case: A connected ITSM-platform should be able to remove an acknowledgement, if an incident is closed (like at cmk.gui.plugins.openapi.endpoints.comment.delete_comments).
