Add a Kafka connector for forwarding metrics/events to Kafka

Kafka is increasingly being used as a central hub for collecting and processing monitoring data in various systems such as event correlation, anomaly detection, ML/AI/BigData tools, etc.

It would be very helpful if Checkmk would provide a generic Kafka connector that works like the InfluxDB connector to forward monitoring data to one or more Kafka topic.
