Add the ability to add "Oracle custom SQL" to the "Oracle database" plugin using bakery.
This improvement is regarding a plugin that is provided by CheckMK (Oracle custom SQL), combined with a feature that is designed for roll-out and maintaining large managed services environments (Agent bakery/Automatic updates).
However we can not add the custom created PL/SQL files to certain hosts using the bakery.
This can be achieved by allowing us to specify which files need to be baked into the agent, and having these placed in $MK_CONFDIR/mk_oracle.d together with a custom created *.cfg file.

Mohamed Saleh AdminHi Mick,
Thank you for posting your idea!
There is a way to define all the custom SQL's in $MK_CONFDIR/mk_oracle.d and this can be rolled out via the standard "Deploy custom files" rule.
Please take a look at the following werk, and let us know if it can solve your problem: https://checkmk.com/werk/10848
Warm Regards,

Mick AlblasHi Mohamed,
Thanks for your response!
Do you know if there is a more documentation regarding this way of using the Deploy custom files rule?
We have been looking around and experimenting with this plugin, but we cant get it to deploy files to $MK_CONFDIR.
Kind regards,
